Employees, friends and children should never be micro-managed...that sucks the life out of those relationships...

Oi, worst nightmare scenario - micro management - it makes me totally crazy - and your wise saying about life sucking should be a sign that is posted EVERYWHERE! Hope you get over the cold quickly!
